Joyce Inouye M.A.Ed. , Specialist in Learning Disabilities for almost 40 years, has been called to train the indigenous who are interested to learn more in the area of Learning Disabilities and Unique Learning Needs particularly in Japan.
Joyce hopes that she can provide information in the area of Learning Disabilities which are known as “Hidden Disabilities” alongside God’s Truth to dispel ungodly beliefs and hopelessness.
God says in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you”, declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a future and a hope.”

Joyce Inouye, M.A.Ed., is a Specialist in Learning Disabilities. For almost 40 years, she has been renown for her professional contributions training parents, teachers, administrators, schools and organizations on God’s Kingdom Perspectives when teaching and serving kids with special needs. She is renown for her Diagnostic Educational Testing to identify specific learning problems, what to do to remedy them, and how a child with unique needs can become their academic potential. Joyce’s passion and heart alongside her experiences not only transform a struggling child to succeed, but she understands the global need to train others who draw from her expertise. Her specialization is in the area of Learning Disabilities, ADHD, High Functioning Autism, Process Disorders, Dyslexia, Academic and Behavioral Disorders. She has taught Special Education students from every grade; Kindergarten through high school, offering graduate level courses at La Verne University and at Fresno Pacific University. She has been working with Christian schools within Southern California, pioneering the Special Needs Institute for the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). She is the founder and Executive Director of the Non Profit Organization, “The ChildD Ministry”, which is a global missions ministry. Through the ChildD Ministry, Joyce trains the indigenous on how to start special need programs that successfully meet the needs of a child, their family, school, and community. Joyce has been called to minister in Japan, and has become an international speaker and trainer working alongside many Christian organizations, international schools, Churches and Christian associations throughout Japan

Danny Qian – Specializing in the Autistic, Applied Behavioral Analysis, Emotional Disturbance and ADHD
Danny W. Qian, M.A.Ed., BCBA, has been teaching and serving clients for 9 years. Danny has taught General Education and Special Education students from elementary grade level through high school. He has implemented applied behavior analysis (ABA) as a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) with clients of various disorders and disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders (ASDs), emotional disturbance (ED), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). His clients’ age ranged from 2 through 60+ years old and he served them in school, home, community, and residential settings. He has trained various charter schools and non-public autism schools’ teachers and paraprofessionals in ABA. He has provided training to speech therapists and behavior interventionists at various education agencies in implementing various strategies outlined by ABA. He has been called to train the indigenous who are interested in learning more about how ABA could benefit those with socially impeding disabilities and disorders particularly in Japan.
Danny hopes that he can provide information in the area of ABA and Autism Spectrum Disorder alongside God’s Truth to dispel ungodly beliefs and hopelessness.

Christine Kansaku – Specializing in the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing and Augmentative Alternative Communication and Assistive Technology
Christine Kansaku, M.S. Ed, is an Educational Specialist for the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing (DHH), as well as an Augmentative Alternative Communication/Assistive Technology (AAC/AT) Specialist. She has been teaching general education students, as well as students with a variety of special needs from infancy to age 22 for the past 20 years. She has educated both students, parents, and staff regarding technology for AAC/AT devices, as well as explaining the usage of specialized auditory equipment such as hearing aids and cochlear implants. Christine has mentored new teachers, as well as taught classes for the teacher-credentialing program. She works with students with hearing loss. She is fluent in American Sign Language, as well as being Auditory Orally Trained to meet the needs of families and students. Christine uses AAC devices to give voices to children who struggle to orally communicate. She has been called to give the Japanese a voice. For the people of Japan whose disabilities has limited their communication a way to express themselves.
Christine prays that she can provide support, education, and healing to parents through God’s truths…that we are “chosen by God, holy, and dearly loved”.
