Learning disorders have a profound negative impact on children and their families. Joyce through her educational ministry is often their savior.
I have known Joyce Inouye for over 15 years and find her to be the, most creative, competent and loving educational therapist/learning disabilities specialist that I have ever met.
It is so rare to find someone who is truly called by the Lord to ministry in the area of special education. Joyce has true discernment when it comes to understanding how these special children are learning and she takes her job as a commission from the Lord.
